In my case, I'll talk about the best concert I've ever been to.
On 2015 I went to Los Andes to visit my friend Victor and he had a friend named Lucas, who loved Imagine Dragons. We became very close and because of him I started to love their music too. In the same year, they came to Chile and Lucas, Victor and I went to their concert at Movistar Arena in the O'Higgins Park here in Santiago.
Imagine Dragons are an american rock-pop band from Las Vegas. They've been doing music since 2008 until today, but they became famous and recognized around 2011 with the release of their debut album "Night Visions". Nowadays, they are one of the biggest bands in the world, being number 30 on the list of most-streamed artists on Spotify. Some of my favorite songs are: Selene, West Coast, I Bet My Life and Yesterday. I love their lyrics so much and the rhythm that they've been building since their first album too.
Back to the concert experience, I was very excited about it because it was my first concert ever. We had tickets kinda close to the stage in "Platea". I remember watching people at "Cancha" (in front of the stage) jumping with up-beat songs and it was very funny to watch. I enjoyed their concert too because their presentation had a lot of details with lights that imitated their music videos. Also, Dan, their vocalist, did a little speach about one of their songs "Demons", that talks about when he was passing through a deep depresion. I found his words very moving.
Generally, I loved the experience and it was the first and only concert of one group/artist that I've ever been to. I went to Lollapalooza three years, but you can see a lot of artists together there, so it's not that intimate.
Fun Fact: I had the chance to saw them a second time at 2018's Lollapalooza and it was even better, because they've released more songs at that time and I knew the lyrics of most of them so I sang along a lot jaja

Imagine Dragons seems like a great band to me, personally I'm not a devoted fan, but I really like that style of music and I know a couple of songs from this band like "Believer" or "Demons".

ResponderBorrarWow, tough decision. I personally love all of their albums cause they're all diferent in their own way. But if you like more electronic and energetic stuff you should check their last two. If you like more calm or indie sound definitely the first or the second. Hope you'll like some of their stuff!!
