Dark: my favorite series.

Lately I've been rewatching my favorite series: Dark. I've been doing that because my boyfriend and I decided to watch series together while we're on quarantine and every night we videocall and watch a couple of episodes. Last weeks we watched Dark and we finished all 3 seasons (I've already seen them when they came out). He loved it as much as I do.

Dark is a german netflix series that came out on December 2017. I started to watch it when it was released, and I got obsessed with it since episode 1. The series tell a story about Jonas, a teenage boy who came out of the psychiatric hospital cause his father killed himself and he was traumatized by that.

Jonas lives in Winden, a german little city, and, like all little cities, it hides a lot of secrets. The first episode presents most of the characters, and their relationships, and also points the fact that Erik, some kid, has dissapeared. 

Watching it, you may think that is somekind of detective series, but it's not. It gets more complicated than that, and involves time travel and so much mysteries.

When I rewatched it with my boyfriend, I saw a LOT of details that I hadn't noticed until that moment, cause it was the third time I've seen the show. 

If you like some good mysteries series and timetravel stuff, you should watch it, you won't get dissapointed.

P.s: Get ready to get confused a lot of times, cause when I first watched Dark, I get confused so much with the different family trees in Winden and the past versions of their characters so I had to repeat some things to understand better, but it was worth it, cause when you understand, the details appear, and it's fascinating.

P.s2: I personally watched it in german, and I recommend it too, cause it's nice to listen the original voices and their expressions.
